Josée, my dog isn’t…ummmm… the most trustworthy when she’s off leash…will that be a problem?
Believe it or not, very few dogs that I work with are off leash during their session. The safety of your dog is my utmost priority during our session, and unless you have 1000% complete and total faith that your dog will stay with us, I will encourage my clients to keep a leash on their dog. Fear not, friends, for with the wonders of editing software, once you decide which images/products you would like to order, I can remove the leashes from the images. Shazam!
Can you come to my house for the session?
Absolutely! The location for your session is completely up to you, and if you think you dog or cat would be more comfortable at your home, then I would be happy to come visit you guys! I can also offer suggestions of local areas.
Do you sell digital images?
Yes, I do sell digital images and include watermarked social media images with all my custom packages. Please see my Pricing page for more information.
What if it rains when we’re supposed to have our shoot?
Well that is a pickle, isn’t it? If rain is in the forecast, I’ll contact you the morning of our session and we’ll decide together to either continue with the shoot, or reschedule to another day.
When is the best time or day to schedule a session?
Midday light is quite harsh in photographs; it’s better if sessions are scheduled later in the afternoon, or in the evenings (to get that soft evening light, right before the sun sets).
Do you offer gift certificates?
But of course! I sell lots of gift certificates as people love to give them as much as much as their friends and family love to receive them. Please email me if you would like to purchase a gift certificate.
I’d like to be in some of the pictures with my dog too, is that okay?
Heck yes! If you want to capture those special moments between you and your best friend, who am I to stop you?
Do you have a studio?
Nope. Working with studio lights, backdrops and props just isn’t my style. I usually show up with a camera bag, a few lenses, plenty of treats, TONS of toys, and am ready to rock! I much prefer the kind of images obtained capturing your pets doing what they do, using available natural light.
